国外VPS
衡天云原名衡天主机，成立于2008年，商家目前销售中国香港、日本和美国洛杉矶机房的VPS套餐，采用KVM虚拟架构，主打做站机，所以限制了带宽，都是小水管机器，不过线路方面都非常不错，全部是直连国内的线路，今天博主弄了一台日本机房的机器，给大家做一下简单测评，可以参考一下。

测评数据
博主这台是2核/4G/5Mbps的套餐，下面就是实测数据了。
E5-2697 V3的CPU，算不错，KVM架构，东京机房，看IP应该是美国广播过去的，所以直接排除了原生IP，而且小水管解了流媒体也没啥用。
再来看看硬件的性能，CPU和内存出来的性能都中规中矩，IO还算可以。
再来单独测试一下IO，这专用的FIO跑出来要比上面的脚本跑出来的好看一些。
重点还是网速方面，出口5Mbps基本是满速，入口20Mbps，略有不稳定。
来看看国内各个地区的PING值，基本都是100MS以下，平均74MS
